Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
TRC will ship the products you ordered to the address indicated on your order using FedEx.
Ordered items are generally shipped within 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) from the order date, but during sale or promotional periods, shipments may take longer. Delivery times are: 1-3 business days for deliveries within Italy, 1-5 business days for deliveries within Europe, and 2-10 business days for deliveries to countries outside the EU.
Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to verify the integrity of the package and products, and the conformity of the delivered product with the order placed, as well as to report immediately any tampering or damage found on the package and products by emailing: customercare@trc2038.com
Please note that in the case of deliveries not made directly to you, TRC will not be held responsible for subsequent failures to deliver the package to the final recipient.
All items are shipped from Italy. If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that delivery of products to that country is not currently available.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost depends on the destination country. You can view the cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it.
RETURNS
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please choose the courier you prefer and ship what you want to return to the following address, attaching the return form:

How long do I have to request a return? After receiving the order confirmation email, you have 14 days to
ship the items to TRC.
When will I receive my refund? We will refund returns after 3-5 business days from the arrival of the
products in our warehouse, based on the conformity of the return request with the return received.
Depending on the payment method, the refund may take several days. The refund will be completed within [number] business days. If more than this time has passed, please contact us at

How should I return my item? Returns will only be accepted if the items meet the following conditions:
1. The price tag and barcode must be intact and attached to the items.
2. Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and accessories received with the order.
3. Items must not have been washed or altered and must not show signs of wear.
